Feminine Care

Softcup
Here's softcup's website... www.softcup.com You can read my Softcup company review under the company review tab. I received the disposable softcups and reusable (for one period) softcups. All ratings are out of 5 stars.

Disposable Softcups- ***** 5 out of 5 stars

Upside- insanely comfortable, No link to tss, 12 hour protection, do any activity while wearing it including swimming, wear it during sex, can wear it overnight, eliminates menstrual odor, collects blood as opposed to absorbing it, doesn't cause irritation or dryness, and it's economical. *this has been the only menstrual product that I can't feel, I can feel menstrual cups and tampons and defiantly pads, but not these! The reusable softcups (for up to 1 period) are eco-friendly)

Downside- I didn't have any problem inserting it, but I can see where someone would. Once you get the hang of it though, it's super easy!

Bottom Line- These are amazing! Thank you so much for creating such an awesome idea!

Lady Cup
I absolutely love the LadyCup. I find that it's more comfortable than tampons and I can't even feel it. It's very comparable to the Diva Cup. I'm not sure which one I like more. *Please scroll down to see my review on the Diva Cup and for more info on menstrual cups!* The only downside is that the grips on the end, they're not as pronounce as the ones on the Diva Cup and I find that the Lady Cup is just a little harder to take out. But other than that I love it!

Green 8 inch Pantyliner- **** 4 out of 5 stars

Upside- Very absorbent, Pretty designs, Very fast drying time, Well Made, Thin yet absorbent, Snaps are strong

Downside- It bunches up a little and it tends to shift out of place sometimes.

Bottom Line- These pads are very absorbent and dry very very fast!

Natracare Review
Natracare is a disposable feminine care company. Now you guys know how much I hate disposables, but I was so impressed by these. Here's their website www.natracare.com or you can go to http://www.vitacost.com/productResults.aspx?previousText=natrcare&ss=1&x=0&y=0&ntk=products&Ntt=natracare to buy them very very cheap! **I did not leak threw these pads/tampons!** All ratings are out of 5 stars below.

Natural Pany Liners (curved)- **** 4 out of 5 stars

Upside- Very absorbent, Stayed in place, Breathable, Curved, All natural and the cover is made from Organic cotton, Plastic free, Perfume free and Chlorine free!

Downside- They bunched up

Bottom Line- Great disposable pantyliners for everyday use or for light days. Like I said their their most absorbent disposable pantyliner I've ever used.

Natural Ultra Pads (super)- **** 4 out of 5 stars

Upside- Ultra thins that absorb alot! They're super thin. Plastic free, Chlorine free, Made from natural materials and is perfume free. The top layer is made from organic cotton.

Downside- I don't like how the wings are separated and have their own sticky tabs. These did bunch up a little bit.

Bottom Line- I think they're overall a really good pad. If you can't afford reusables or you don't want to or whatever your reason may be for not choosing resuables...Choose these! These are the ONLY disposables I will ever use (if need be).

Organic Cotton Regular Tampons (with applicator)- ***** 5 out of 5 stars

Upside- Made with organic cotton, very absorbent, cardboard applicator is better for the environment, Very comfortable, Easy to insert

Downside- The tampon itself is very long so this may be a problem for some women.

Bottom Line- Very good tampons!

Organic Cotton Intimate Wipes- ***** 5 out of 5 stars

Upside- Smell good, Keep you feeling fresh, Organic cotton wipes with calendula  and chamomile (natural plant extracts), Soft, strong, alcohol free, they have no SLS, Their biodegradable, They have no synthetic preservatives, Paraben free!!, and Chlorine free!

Downside- I wish they came in bigger quantities because I love them so much!!

Bottom Line- Love these! You should try them too!!

If you can't afford reusables (even though they'll save you money in the future) This is THE only disposables brand that I recommend so far. All the others have harmful chemicals, bleaches, etc. that aren't good for you, That's why I switched to reusables. But Natracare is defiantly a great brand and I recommend them and challenge you to try them!

Scarlet Eve Review
Jo from Scarlet Eve (in Australia) sent me an uber pad and a regular pad to review. Here's her website http://www.scarleteve.com.au/store/ All ratings below are out of 5 stars. **I did not leak threw these pads!** Also these pads are lined with waterproof PUL.

Uber pad with Uber booster- ***** 5 out of 5 stars

Upside- Super soft. This pad is one of the most absorbent pads I've ever worn...Seriously. I really like the "flip out" design (also because of this feature it cuts drying time in half!!) (To read more about this special feature click here- http://www.scarleteve.com.au/store/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=190 It talks about the feature in the last paragraph) I really really like the double snaps. The width is perfect I believe it measures about 3 1/2 inches when snapped. They have really cute patterns! This uber pad is topped with Bamboo Velour and is super soft!

Downside- The ends sometimes curl up

Bottom Line- LOVE IT!

Regular Pad- ***** 5 out of 5 stars

Upside- Not bulky, Flannel is soft, Love the flip out feature (also because of this feature it cuts drying time in half!!), ends don't curl up, Very absorbent for a regular pad without the bulk, Double snaps are perfect!, The width is right around 3 inches when snapped, They have really cute patterns! This regular pad is topped with flannel which is also soft!

Downside- Nothing

Bottom Line- No complaints. Love it!!

Moon Loon Pads Review
Melissa from Moon Loon pads sent me a maxi style cloth reusable pad. Here's the Moon Loon Pads' website www.moonloonpads.com **I did not leak threw this pad** Ratings below are out of 5 stars

Maxi Style Moon Loon Pad- ***** 5 out of 5 stars

Upside- Super soft. Cute designs. Easy on/off liner system (very similar to Luna Pads). Super and I mean Super absorbent.

Downside- Their really long, but not really wide in the back so without the nylon/waterproof coating, It would be easy to leak threw the pad.

Bottom Line- Yes, I would recommend this product to others. This pad is one of the softest reusable pads I've ever felt. And like I said their super absorbent (You can do an absorbency test where you just pour some water on them and you'll see what I mean by super absorbent)
And I love the prints!

Again their website is- www.moonloonpads.com

Hope you go and check them out!

The DivaCup- A new (and better!) alternative to tampons

Traditional tampons absorb menstrual blood and have to be changed at least every 8 hours. The DivaCupDivaCup is made of medical grade silicone and is very flexible. The DivaCup can be kept in for 12 hours! It's very easy to use. You just fold it and insert it and that's it. Then when you're ready to take it out you just pull on the little stem and then grab the grips at the base of menstrual cup to remove it. Some people like to rock the cup side to side so that the suction releases. Here are some informational videos I found on Youtube so that you can get a better idea on how this concept works:
